Welcome to my very first blog. I hope you will join me over the next few days as the story unfolds and discover why?
An Aussie survivor, the magic of a virtual world and the greatest team of international friends make a formidable foe against the enemy who has taken too much already. Cancer is a world wide disease touching everyones lives and no matter where the cure is found the whole world will benefit.
A common enemy that shows no mercy, respect of position or age has in the past two months bought me some of the most wonderful friends from all over the world. Thanks to the magic of Second life we laugh together, work together and have fun across the boundaries of age, gender, health, wealth, language and distance.
And when a beautiful five year old girl lost her battle with cancer we cried together. There and then each heart decided that whatever it took, whatever skills we had, we would fight, fight for a cure so that somewhere someday another little girl would not have to die.
Let’s give little kidfs more birthdays and donate here: http://tinyurl.com/lmkbz2

Hey Reb,
Your last thought…”a beautiful five year old girl lost her battle with cancer we cried together. There and then each heart decided that whatever it took”…really says it all.
Thanks for sharing,
Evar
Hi Evar
The real thanks goes to the mother and family and friends of that little girl for sharing even in their time of grief. I saw too many young children in the chemo unit and would so love for it to be empty.
